Transfer CoordinationWe walk both sides through the full account handover, coordinating each step between buyer and seller directly.

Buyer Confirms AccessLogin, settings, analytics, every feature — you check it all works before a single dollar of your payment moves anywhere.

Payment Released to SellerFunds reach the seller only once you have confirmed full ownership. If something looks off, we step in right away.

💰 Escrow Fees

Our fee structure is straightforward, and you see the exact number before paying anything. It scales with deal size, and both the buyer and the seller pay their own side of the fee.

Deals of $50 or lessA flat $5 fee applies on each side — $5 from the buyer, $5 from the seller.

Deals over $50A 10% fee applies to each side, calculated on the deal value.

For example: on a $100 deal, each side pays $10 (buyer's total is $110, seller receives $90). On a $40 deal, the $5 minimum kicks in (buyer pays $45 total, seller receives $35).

Premium members save: a Premium subscription drops your side of the escrow fee to 8% instead of 10% (still a $5 minimum), applied automatically — the other side of the deal still pays the standard rate.
