📋 How Our Escrow Process Works

Buyer Selects ListingLook through our verified listings and pick the account that fits what you are after. Every listing comes with checked stats, earnings figures, and screenshots.

Secure Payment to EscrowPayment goes to RizSwap directly, never to the seller. It stays inside our escrow account until the transfer period is over.

Transfer CoordinationWe walk both sides through the full account handover, coordinating each step between buyer and seller directly.

Transfer Period (about 7 days)The account is transferred and checked while your payment stays held. If something looks wrong, contact support or open a dispute during this period and the funds stay held while it is reviewed.

Payment Released by RizSwapAfter the transfer period, RizSwap admin releases the payment to the seller. The buyer does not need to press a confirm button.

💰 Escrow Fees

The escrow fee is charged to both sides separately: the buyer pays 10% of the deal price and the seller pays 10% of the deal price, with a minimum of $5 for each side. The exact amount is shown before you confirm a deal.

Deals of $50 or lessA flat $5 fee applies on each side — $5 from the buyer, $5 from the seller.

Deals over $50A 10% fee applies to each side, calculated on the deal value.

For example: on a $100 deal, each side pays $10 (buyer's total is $110, seller receives $90). On a $40 deal, the $5 minimum kicks in (buyer pays $45 total, seller receives $35).

Premium members save: a Premium subscription drops your side of the escrow fee to 8% instead of 10% (still a $5 minimum), applied automatically — the other side of the deal still pays the standard rate.

Our one official email domain is @rizswap.com. Anything claiming to be us from a @gmail.com address or any other domain is not us — ignore it and report it.

Anyone asking you to pay outside this site's official escrow is running a scam. Protect yourself accordingly.
