We built RizSwap so buyers never have to worry about losing money on a deal. Here is exactly when and how refunds work.

RizSwap.com is built around one core idea: a buyer should never lose money because a seller did not deliver what they promised. Every single transaction on our marketplace runs through our free, built-in escrow service, which means your payment is never sent directly to a seller. Instead, it is held safely with us until the account has actually been transferred and you have confirmed full, working access. This structure is what makes refunds possible in the first place — because we are holding the funds, we are able to return them to you the moment something goes wrong on the seller's side.

❌ 2. If the Seller Fails to Deliver the Account

If a seller does not transfer the account at all — meaning you paid, but ownership, login access, or admin rights were never handed over — you are entitled to a full 100% refund. There is no partial refund in this case and no deduction of any kind. This applies whenever a seller:

Once an account has been transferred to you and you have confirmed access, RizSwap.com still protects you for 7 full days from the date of transfer. If a genuine problem with the account surfaces during this window — and the issue traces back to something the seller misrepresented or failed to disclose — you can file a refund claim.

Refunds are always returned through the same method the payment was originally made with. If payment was made in crypto, the refund is processed in the equivalent crypto amount; if made through another supported method, the refund follows that same channel.

Every claim is reviewed individually by our support team — we do not use automated systems to approve or deny refunds. We look at the original listing details, the evidence provided by the buyer, and the seller's response before making a decision. Our goal is always to be fair to both sides while making sure buyers are never left out of pocket because of a seller's dishonesty or failure to deliver.

Will I get my money back if the seller disappears after I pay?

Yes. Since your payment is held in escrow rather than sent directly to the seller, if they stop responding or fail to complete the transfer, the funds are simply returned to you — there is no risk of your money being stuck with a seller who has gone silent.

What if the channel gets banned 5 days after I bought it?

If the ban or suspension is linked to something that existed before the sale — such as an undisclosed prior strike — this falls within our 7-day buyer protection window and you can file a claim. If the ban was caused by your own activity on the account after taking ownership, it would not be covered.

How long does it take to actually receive my refund?

Refunds for non-delivery are usually the fastest, often processed within 1 to 3 business days since the funds were never released from escrow. Refunds for verified post-transfer issues typically take 3 to 5 business days once the claim is approved.
