- Eligibility: the channel must be public and have at least 3 videos of 2+ minutes each. We may pause or cancel an order for an empty, private, deleted or terminated channel and refund according to our refund rules.
- One order at a time per service: please wait for your open order to finish before changing channel settings that affect delivery (for example making the channel private or changing the channel URL).
- Delivery is gradual: subscribers are spread over time to look natural. Do not ask for a different delivery speed or run other subscriber services on the same channel at the same time, because this can cause inaccurate counts.
- Natural changes: real people can unsubscribe at any time, and YouTube may update subscriber counts. We do not promise that the count will never change; if you see an unexpected large drop, contact us with your order ID.
- No resale or abuse: the service is for your own channel. Abuse of the service, chargebacks or false claims can lead to cancelled orders and a closed account.
