What is escrow and why does it matter?
Escrow means the buyer pays RizSwap first and the seller receives the money only after the account has been transferred and the deal is completed. This protects both sides from scams.
How long does an account transfer take?
Usually 2 to 7 days, depending on the platform. The exact timing for each platform is explained on the Escrow page.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds depend on the buyer protection window, which runs from payment until the deal is marked Complete. After a deal is Complete, no refund is possible. Read the refund policy for the full rules.
Can I negotiate the price?
Yes. Registered buyers can send an offer on a listing and the seller can respond with accept, reject or a new price.
How do I contact a seller?
Create a free account and message the seller through the private inbox on RizSwap. All chats stay on the platform.
How do I sell my social media account?
Register, add a listing with the account details and screenshots, and wait for buyers to contact you or send offers. When a buyer pays into escrow you transfer the account and receive your payment after the deal is completed.
How do I withdraw my earnings?
Sellers can request a withdrawal from the Balance page using the supported payment methods. Withdrawal fees are listed on the Escrow page.
What does Premium give me?
Premium members get lower fees, fewer limits on starting chats and priority support.
