These Terms govern your use of RizSwap — the trusted marketplace for buying and selling verified social media accounts. Please review them before transacting.

📋 1. Acceptance of Terms
By visiting or transacting on RizSwap, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, please refrain from using the platform.
🛍️ 2. About Our Platform
RizSwap is a peer-to-peer marketplace where verified social media accounts are bought and sold securely. Every deal is protected by our built-in escrow system. After ownership is transferred, the new owner is solely responsible for the account and its future performance.
📤 3. Seller Rules
- Sellers must be the legitimate owner of the account and possess full legal authority to transfer it
- All listing details — stats, niche, monetization status — must be truthful and verified prior to submission
- Account handover must be completed within 48 hours of receiving payment confirmation
- Attempting to recover, access, or interfere with a sold account after transfer is strictly prohibited
- Concealing active strikes, policy violations, or any account issue from the buyer is not permitted
- RizSwap platform commission is automatically deducted before seller payout is processed
- Falsifying account data results in immediate listing removal and permanent forfeiture of any earned commission
- Submitting fabricated or deceptive listing information is grounds for permanent suspension from RizSwap
- All deal-related communication must remain within the RizSwap inbox. Attempting to move transactions off-platform or exchanging personal contact details will result in a permanent ban.
🛒 4. Buyer Rules
- All payments must be made through RizSwap escrow — any direct payment to a seller voids buyer protection entirely
- Buyers are required to verify and confirm full account access within 48 hours of transfer
- After confirming a purchase, the buyer assumes full responsibility for the account and its compliance with platform policies
- Refunds are granted solely in cases of failed transfer or significant misrepresentation of the listed account
- Buyers are responsible for reviewing and adhering to each social platform's own terms of service after ownership transfer
- Uploading altered, forged, or fraudulent payment proof will result in immediate and permanent account suspension
- Buyers must conduct all negotiations within RizSwap. Sharing or requesting external contact information is a bannable offense.
💳 5. Payment & Escrow
RizSwap holds all funds in a secure escrow until the buyer successfully confirms account access and ownership. Seller payment is released only after buyer confirmation, at which point the transaction becomes final and non-reversible.
⚖️ 6. Dispute Resolution
Should a dispute arise, contact RizSwap support on WhatsApp immediately with relevant screenshots and evidence. Our team investigates all cases within 24–48 hours and delivers a resolution based on the evidence presented. All dispute decisions by RizSwap are binding and final.
🚫 7. Prohibited Activities
RizSwap strictly prohibits: selling stolen, hacked, or illegally obtained accounts; misrepresenting account ownership or performance metrics; initiating chargebacks or engaging in payment fraud; and any activity that violates applicable law. Violations result in permanent removal from the platform.
