How do offers and counter-offers work on RizSwap?
Answer:
A buyer can send an offer on a listing with an amount and a short message. The seller can accept it, reject it or reply with a counter-offer, which the buyer can then accept or reject. At present, an offer expires after 3 days without a response, a buyer can have one open offer per listing, and a buyer can send up to 10 offers in 24 hours.
