RizSwap Withdrawals Explained: Minimum Amount, Fees and Timing
Quick answer: the minimum withdrawal on RizSwap is $10. A 2% fee applies (Premium members pay 1%), with a minimum fee of $2 per withdrawal. You enter the amount to take from your balance, choose the coin and network, add your wallet address and receive the amount minus the fee. Requests are processed within 24 hours.
How the Fee Is Calculated
The fee is the greater of the percentage fee and the $2 minimum fee. The amount you enter is deducted from your balance and you receive that amount minus the fee, and the form shows both before you submit.
| Withdrawal | Fee | You receive |
|---|---|---|
| $10 | $2.00 (minimum) | $8.00 |
| $100 | $2.00 (minimum) | $98.00 |
| $200 | $4.00 (2%) | $196.00 |
| $1,000 | $20.00 (2%) | $980.00 |
Because the minimum fee applies to every withdrawal, small payouts cost proportionally more, so it can make sense to withdraw larger amounts less often. Premium members pay 1% above the minimum; see how Premium works.
Step by Step
- Open the balance page and choose Withdraw.
- Enter the amount (minimum $10, up to your available balance). The fee box shows the fee and what you will receive.
- Select the coin first, then the network that your receiving wallet supports.
- Enter your wallet address, and a memo or tag if your coin and exchange require one.
- Submit the request. The amount is held while the team reviews and sends the payout.
Check Your Wallet Details Twice
Funds sent to a wrong address or on a wrong network usually cannot be recovered. Before you submit:
- Match the network exactly to your receiving wallet or exchange deposit page.
- Copy and paste the address, then verify the first and last characters.
- Add the memo or tag if your exchange requires it.
- Read the network warnings in our guide to crypto payments, networks and TX hashes.
Timing and Status
Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours. New requests start as pending, and if a request is rejected for any reason, the full amount returns to your balance. Keep the transaction record once the payout arrives; see what records to keep.
Where the Balance Comes From
Your balance grows when a sale completes through escrow (after the seller's fee share) or when you add funds. To understand the sale side, read escrow fees explained and how long escrow takes. Referral earnings are explained in Invite and Earn.
